At the end of this session, the trainee will be able to:
- Choose sterile instruments required
to apply bridle suture.
- Identify the operating technique used for each patient and apply bridle.
- Apply bridle suture technique without causing pain or complication in a patient.
About this course
There are a lot of suturing techniques in ophthalmology. However, this particular suturing needles careful attention of the medical personnel. This session will educate the trainee to feel their important role in assisting for this particular procedure, materials to be kept ready for the procedure, steps to assist the surgeon.
