About this course
Medical Record reading is a
routine task in each and every department of a hospital. But minor or major
errors occur due to ignorance of reading the patient information in the Medical
Record. Even a minute information like drug allergy if ignored will cause major
life issues in a patient. This session will be a base for a trainee to
understand the importance of Medical Record, purpose of reading the patient
information, method of reading a medical record and thereby guiding or treating
the patient for a successful recovery.
