About this course
The chart is useful in diagnosis and in judging the progress of the palsy. The Hess screen is used in paralytic squint to plot a chart which records under action and overcorrection of the extraocular muscles and restriction of ocular movement. Hess test or lees test is used to find that affected extra ocular muscles.
