About this course
The Best Vision Sphere refraction measures the spherical refractive error for myopia, hypermetropia or presbyopia. The BVS will not verify and correct astigmatism. So to find out whether the patient has astigmatism and to measure the degree of astigmatism, we need to perform 3 kinds of procedures:
- Jackson’s cross cylinder
- Stenopic slit
- Astigmatic fan
